Ed Flynn from Spreadsheet Specialties will show how to automate repetitive tasks to save time and effort, how to send custom emails with attachments to customers, how to quickly generate business proposals and how to manage very complex sales commission calculations and reporting. group hosts seminar This year’s southwest regional
conference for the American Society of Women Accountants will begin Thu., May 24 at Crowne Plaza San Marcos Resort, 1 N. San Marcos Pl., Chandler. Attendees can participate in three
general sessions on opening day, including a presentation by Nona Lee, senior vice president and general counsel of Arizona Diamondbacks; a leadership-skills lecture by Amkor Technology; and an ethics course by Marcy Maslov, the founder of e-factor. On Friday, there will be sessions featuring such topics as auditing, cost accounting and business related to nonprofits. Participants can arrive as early as
Wed., May 23 for a baseball game featuring the Arizona Diamondbacks versus Los Angeles Dodgers, and fundraising opportunities for ASWA Educational Foundation. The conference ends Saturday with a golf tournament to support the Paula Zanni Memorial Scholarship. The conference is hosted by the Mesa
