Business Thompson Law Firm adds DUI practice
team in place with the experience and knowledge our future DUI clients need and should expect.” Thompson warns that anyone pulled
over under suspicion of DUI should consider several variables that could affect them. “With a DUI conviction you face the
possibility of jail time, time off work, insurance increases and the potential suspension of your license,” she says. “The changes to the laws as of 2012 have made Arizona’s DUI laws the toughest in the nation and do not favor the individual. You need an advocate for you: an attorney who is familiar with the laws, knows the weaknesses in the system and can help fight for your rights.”
Thompson encourages drivers to Carissa K. Seidl
Downtown Chandler’s Thompson Law Firm now features a DUI practice, as attorney Carissa K. Seidl, who recently joined the firm, will be handling DUI cases.
Christy Thompson, founder of Thompson Law Firm, 101 S. Commonwealth Ave., Chandler, says Seidl has a solid reputation for highly aggressive but professional representation. “We have been considering adding DUI cases to our practice as we continue to expand,” Thompson says. “With the addition of Carissa, we now have the
educate themselves on the new laws, especially if there’s a chance they could be in the position of being stopped at a DUI roadblock or pulled over. “If you are stopped,” says Thompson,
“by all means cooperate, but admit nothing. Make sure you know where your license and registration are and that you can get them easily and quickly. If you’ve been pulled over, chances are you will be detained, possibly arrested and may even be jailed. Seeking out our advice can minimize the impact a DUI charge can have on your future.” For more information, call 480-634-7480 or email
