Transcendental Meditation (TM) technique
The Transcendental Meditation (TM) technique is simple to learn. It is an effortless and mechanical mental technique, practised for a few min- utes, sitting comfortably, twice a day, which progressively gives mind and body profound rest. It requires no belief, nor is it a religious practice.
The technique will be taught in a 4- step course by Tim Lukehurst, a Felixstowe resident trained personally many years ago by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi to teach 'TM'.
The next course is scheduled for early June and will be held in Felixstowe.
Following the course, the TM tech- nique is incorporated into your daily life with a huge range of benefits which grow over time.
