The Walton Green
Partnership Update
The Walton Green Partnership held an exhibition last November to show outline plans for our proposals to develop a site
north of Walton High Street. We had an amazing response, with over 600 people attending the event itself.

feedback so far, both at the event and via our website.“
All this feedback will be published (without names/ addressees) when we submit our planning application.
We're currently looking at the feedback we have received as we further develop our ideas for the site. We hope to be able to announce plans for a second exhibition shortly, which will show the updates we have made in response to the feedback.
We've also been working hard locally, talking to local businesses at a break- fast event, sponsoring the local Fun Run, and visiting shopkeepers on Walton High Street itself to hear their views.
We have had a whole range of feedback, from people who support proposals for new and affordable homes or people who would like to see a Tesco store locally, to those who have concerns about the proposals.
At the second exhibition we hope to be able to explain how we have taken feedback on board and where this hasn't been possible, we will explain why not.
