Roscoff Deli Roscoff Deli was launched in Northumberland Place in 2010 by Bristol-born Rosario Bavetta. Having previously worked as operations manager for Boston Tea Party, Rosario felt that he was having less and less contact with customers and so took the step to open his own café and deli. Roscoff has a counter serving fine cheeses, meats and preserves, while in the cafe you’ll find a range of teas, locally-roasted coffees, cakes, plus breakfast and lunch menus. •

Maples Launched ten years ago by Caroline Jones, Maples in Bradford on Avon is now managed by Beth Hutchins. Following the recent introduction of a café to the deli, it has quickly become an atmospheric and busy hub in Bradford’s town centre. Serving fresh paninis, sandwiches, antipasti, local and world cheeses and delicious cakes, along with ready-made or bespoke hampers, the deli is the perfect place to pick up some special treats. •
