Time Ropers: Eliminations in both Old Time roping contests will be held the morning of July 7th at 8am. the six best times in the elimi- nations will rope a second calf in the Finals on the evening of July 7th.


Dress Code:


Boots, hats and long sleeve shirts required for all contes- tants.

Reservations: Please write Mr. Carl Griggs - 1113 Portland - Stamford, Texas 79553 or call 325-513- 1462. Single stall $15. Double stall $20. Lots $30 minimum or $10 per horse. Feed will not be furnished, fed or in- cluded in stall fee. A limited number of space for campers will be available on the rodeo grounds at $25 per day with electricity and water hook-ups.

Entry Deadline: Books open June 1st. Entry fees must be in no later than 6pm, June 30th. You will not be entered until money is re- ceived. Please send your en- try, enclosing Cashier’s Check, Money Order or cash to cover entry fees, before this time.


Any contestant


who has sent in his entry fee and then finds that it is im- possible for him to attend the rodeo will have his entry fees returned upon application to the management on or before 6pm, June 30th.


Slack Roping Schedule:


First go-rounds of calf rop- ing and double mugging will be July 5th, second go-rounds of calf roping and double mugging will be July 6th. Calf roping will start at 8am, fol- lowed by double mugging. All team roping will be July 3rd at 9am. No team roping in performances.


Notice To Ropers:


Calf roping and double mug- ging stock will be numbered and drawn for each roper. If roper is not present when called, his calf or yearling will be disqualified and his entry forfeited. One single admis- sion ticket per contestant.

There will be a dance each night at 9:30pm.
