The five-star Golden Tulip Arc En Ciel Skikda will be situated in the Wilaya of Skikda and is scheduled to open at the end of the year with 241 rooms and suites and direct beach access. Facilities include a gastronomic restaurant, sports bar, loft lounge, pool, spa and fitness centre, as well as meeting facilities and a ballroom for up to 500. The two-bedroom, two- reception-room suite was comm- issioned by Jeremy Goring in 2010 to mark the centenary of his familyÕs hotel.
