Broadway and 2,030 performances in London in the 60s. Since then it has been performed somewhere in the world every year since. A moving story of a Jewish

community in Tsarist Russia at the start of the 20th century, it focuses on one particular family – the family of Tevye the milkman, his wife and five daughters and their joys, their struggles and their fight to hold on to their traditions. Full of wonderful music,


dancing and humour it is a show not to be missed. The show runs from Tuesday, May 29, to Friday, June 2, at the Dolman Theatre, Newport.
