“Thumbs up to AIB radio County Assembly for finding that the District of Columbia is the seat of government as explained in Title 4, Section 71 and 72. The United States government has absolute authority over lands owned and controlled by the United States of America. The ‘United States’ is, however, the old Northwest Territories, and now a few districts including forts and post offices.”
“Thumbs up to post that the feds do not
having jurisdiction within the states. And yet they convince police (policy enforcers) that federal rules and procedures (including drivers licensing and gun laws) extend within the states. The trouble came in when the states accepted federal funds and thus came under their federal guidelines.
do with you and I. We created the government, and therefore created their office to protect us from their overreaching authority. Hopefully they memorize the documents they took an oath to, and learn their jurisdiction is not over us, but over local, state of federal employees who may harm us.”
“Thumbs up To Salem High
School’s Tracy Collyer for a successful run in this years Boston Marathon. Not only did she finish the 26.2 miles despite the brutal heat but she along with her team also raised over $100,000 for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. This money will be used to help find a cure and to improve the
quality of life for those living with type 1 diabetes. Thank you Tracy!!”
“Thumbs down to the town of Salem administration. Since the first of this year the traffic light facing west in front of Haigh school has been flashing the yellow lights and the 20 mile per hour neon sign continuously from early Saturday morning until late Sunday night. This action not only is costing the town money needlessly, but drivers are getting so used to it flashing all weekend that they tend to ignore it when school is in session. I’ve reported it several times but no one seems to be able to do anything about correcting it.”

But all that tells us is that the states have no more jurisdiction than the federal government over us. It’s that simple. And the poor cops are out on a limb committing civil crimes with no defense.”
“Thumbs down to our policy enforcers (police)
who think they have authority beyond the federal enclaves. The sheriff is the highest lawful authority in the county, and if the policy officers give you any trouble you should call the county sheriff immediately. If he doesn’t protect your rights, bring him up for charges for violating his sacred oath of office and breach of trust. Treason is a serious crime, with severe penalties!”

“Thumbs down to all the ‘construction’ work up and down Lowell and Pelham Roads. For the past few years, several large lots have been dug up and abandoned. Trees are pulled up, massive dirt and rock piles are raised, and excavation equipment is left lying around for weeks, months, and years at a time. With all the abandoned businesses on Route 28, wouldn’t it be better to build there instead of tearing up beautiful lots and trees so close
to residential neighborhoods? If nothing else, let’s consider our property values and do something to take our town back!”
“Thumbs up… way up to our wonderful Salem
Fire Department, for their less than 2 minute response time, to a brush fire, in the wetland area on, 4/19/12, behind 22 Main Street. Thank you so much.”

paranoid rant concerning ALEC. The delusions O’Brien holds about ALEC having anything to do with ‘pro growth, solutions oriented ideas’ is something to worry about if you care for the safety of the republic. Real Americans do not run afraid which makes us dangerous to O’Brien and his lot, who work out of Hitler and Goebel’s play book. Why does O’Brien support ALEC, who are buying the congress and apparently the NH house, unless he is raking in their money?”

“Thumbs down to the Town Manager and Selectmen for holding an ax over the head of all town workers. They want to cut, cut and cut town jobs. They want to sub-contract out It’s
bad enough working at the DPW with Dave Wholley’s retaliation antics. What a joke.”
Salem Patriot The Blue Devils Search for Win - continued from page 16
Their overall record stands at 2-5, while they are 2-4 in Division I play. Down 6-1 entering the sixth inning against Pinkerton, Salem’s offense exploded for seven runs in the bottom of the sixth to take an 8-6 lead. and then fell to Bishop Guertin at home by the score of 12-4 on Wednesday, April 18. The Devils were then edged by Exeter, 11-10, on the road on Friday, April 20. Downing led Salem with three hits and four RBIs, while Lemenager also had a multi-hit game with two hits against the Blue Hawks.

and William O’Brien, the Speaker of the New Hampshire House of Representatives and all of the people who have worked so hard in the Republican party to bring a better understanding of what it means to live free or die in this state. It is the wonderful legislation that we’ve had this past year and a half and let’s hope it continues. Thanks a lot.”
“Thumbs down to Republicans. Since Yahoo Republicans took over in New Hampshire, we are now known as ‘bloody New Hampshire.’ Their slogan for New Hampshire is, ‘guns, guns and more guns.’ These Republicans want New Hampshire to be more like Texas. Very poor, low wages, lots of crime, and lots of guns. If you respect police, as we all should, you’ll vote every Republican out of office. Their conservative policies are destroying the New Hampshire advantage, way of life, and putting all police in danger.”
“Thumbs down. When are they going to get that old man off the umm… he’s on the Zoning Board, he’s on the Planning Board, he’s on the Budget Committee, he’s on the Selectman. The old buck’s about 90 years old, he’s driven 500,000 miles around the world. How the heck can you drive around the world? He is something else, let me tell you. Please, tell someone to get him

“Thumbs up to the students, parents, and faculty at the North Salem School. These wonderful folks recently held a food drive and donated all the food that they collected to the Pleasant Street Salem Food For The Hungry Pantry. The staff at the food pantry sincerely thank the North Salem School and all those that so generously donated this much needed food. Once again, the North Salem School has replenished our shelves.”

“Thumbs down to the Salem Planning Board.
Why would you take a car dealers word that he won’t be parking cars on an embankment adjacent to the proposed rail trail? Take a look at his dealership on North Broadway, the cars are practically parked in the travel lanes of Lake Street and Rte. 28. And the place on Rte 97 is the same
