PAGE 16 Base Camp Lock-Ins


Description A Base Camp lock-in is designed for groups to experi- ence some Base Camp activities, and also do some programming of their own while in the building. Lock-ins start at 8 PM and end at 8 AM the next morning. Base Camp provides 2 staffed activities from 8:00 PM-


Midnight. The staffed activities that your group may choose


from are: archery, shuttle simulator, indoor climbing, indoor ropes course and team building initiatives (the availability of certain activities will depend on the age of participants). The activities that groups provide on their own have been, but are not limited to: crafts, games, Merit Badge work, movies or video games. Two slices of pizza and lemonade are included for every participant as part of the lock-in fee.


Requirements & Fees Lock-ins events are available on Friday or Saturday nights year round*. Your group may be the only lock-in on a given day, but exclusivity in the building is not guaranteed unless your group size is over 100 people. The minimum number of participants needed to book a lock-in is 20 youth. *We may accept other days during the week as a special request.


Lock-In Requirements  Each group must attend with a minimum of two adults


 If a group does not have the minimum number of participants, they must pay for the minimum number of 20 participants


Lock-In Fees:


 $25 per youth participant (20 minimum)  $8 per adult participant (to cover food) Deposit:


50% is due at time of reservation. Balance is due upon arrival at camp.


Add a TIE DYE craft to your lock-in!


For $10 a person, you can tie dye a Base Camp t- shirt to take home. Each group will get to choose two colors for the tie dye and t-shirts will be provided.


Tie Dye fees can be paid at camp, but you need to preregister for tie dye
