Exercise Tailored for Those Over 40
F
resh Start Exercise offers a unique exercise program for any-
one over 40 years old. The program was created by James Macbeth, a physical therapist, who realized that insurance companies were terminating physical therapy before patients had reached their rehabili- tation goals. Macbeth wanted to give these people the opportunity and facility to be fit, regardless of their limitations. Those over 40 may be intimi-
dated by the thought of joining a gym, particularly if they have never exercised, or suffer from physical ailments, weight issues, recurrent injuries, cancer, or are in post sur- gery recovery. Fresh Start exercise provides a full assessment by a licensed trainer, which is updated often. Each session is designed specifically to meet the exercise goals and ability of each individual. Supervised workout plans are fun, affordable and offered in a safe environment.

The Keys to Developing Your Intuition A
cclaimed pianist, composer, and author Will Tuttle, Ph.D., who unites both eastern and west- ern meditation traditions and is a Dharma Master in the Zen tradition, will lead a workshop on Sunday, June 3, from noon to 3 p.m. at the Unity Spiritual Center. The cost of the workshop is $25. During the workshop Tuttle will share his insights, including unique ways of accessing intui- tive wisdom; effective inner and outer practices for developing joy and spiritual awareness; techniques using meditation, imagery, music, and art that in- spire intuitive insights; how to respond to the global “intuitive imperative” and meditate more effectively; and ancient secrets for awakening the love, compas- sion, joy, and peace within.
Tuttle will also be giving the meditation, speak on “Awakening Your Inner
Genius,” and performing his music at the 10 a.m. Sunday service. Tuttle has performed and lectured widely throughout the United States and Europe. His broad background in both Eastern and Western meditation traditions combined with his devotion to planetary awakening has inspired him to create a collection of uplifting heal- ing music, including 7 CD albums of original piano music, in addition to his acclaimed best-seller, The World Peace Diet.
Appointments with Dr. Tuttle and his visionary artist wife Madeleine are available for individuals or couples on June 3 and 4 for personal music and art portraits ($135).
