plan for the major changes he foresaw, Todd worked with architect Denny Christenson (Denny Christenson & Associates) on the exterior. For the interior, he worked with space planner Kris Beacon, Denny’s
daughter.
The main level would increase from 1,400 square feet to about 2,000 (the footprint of the 1,200 square foot basement would remain the same) thanks to bumping out the main living area eight feet toward the golf course, as well as adding a master suite. The front and back of the home
would be redone completely in a design conceived by Denny Christenson—a “lam beam” (laminated beam) structure that would support large Pella windows
