MOLLIE SWEAT

Coldwell Banker Tomlinson

MOLLIE SWEAT, restauranteur! Tat was the original plan aſter she graduated from Eastern Washington University – but along the way her career plans changed and she followed in the footsteps of her mom, Kathy Bixler into the real estate business. Te same enthusiasm and customer service skills that would have made a successful restaurant have greatly contributed to her success as a realtor. Mollie grew up in Spokane and knows the area well. In 2011, she was #3 in overall sales

in the Multiple Listing Service and was the #1 Agent for Coldwell Banker Tomlinson. Tat may have shocked her, but not her clients and fellow realtors. She works hard. . . and has a lot of fun along the way! Whether it’s golfing or being at the lake, Mollie thoroughly enjoys life as well as her full-time career as an agent. Buying or selling a house with Mollie is always enjoyable. Behind the scenes, she works diligently to assure the process is smooth and successful for all concerned. “Whether it’s my smallest sale or largest sale, every client is important,” Mollie says.

“My goal is to find the perfect house for each and every client. Tey shouldn’t have to setle for anything less than what they want!” “I love this job! I do it full-time, 100 percent. . . and I wouldn’t have it any other way!”

KATHY BIXLER

Coldwell Banker Tomlinson

KATHY BIXLER cried her eyes out at the thought of relocating with her husband and children to Spokane from Seatle in 1970. Her friends looked at her like she was crazy for moving to a small, desert town filled with ratlesnakes. Obviously, what she discovered upon her arrival was something vastly different. Now there’s nowhere else Kathy would ever be. “I love the community, the outdoor activities, the four seasons, the weather and the

people,” she says. “Te reason that I am successful is that I love what I am selling.” Kathy is a long-standing member of the Multimillion Dollar Club and a Residential

Top 10 producer in listings and sales since 1986. Along with giving her clients the finest hands-on professional service, she feels a commitment to giving back and sharing her success with the community through involvement in a variety of local charities and organizations including serving on the boards of United Way, Spokane Symphony, Fox Teatre and Te First Tee of the Inland Northwest. Whether buying or selling a home, Kathy believes the process should be rewarding and

exciting. “To me, the business of selling houses really isn’t selling at all,” she says. “As an agent, I am not selling, but simply helping and guiding a client throughout the process, every step of the way.”
