homebuyers questioned said they were satisfied with the quality of homes built by Lovell while the same percentage would recommend the developer to a friend. This is the third year running that Lovell has received the top rating from customers in the independently verified HBF annual survey. The survey covers the 12 months from October 2010 to September 2011.

Paul Murphy

support its ambitious growth plans. Mr Murphy has most recently served as
VP of international sales and UK general manager at CTS Electronics Manufacturing Systems. He joins Axiom with over 24 years of EMS
experience and abroad business knowledge gained from working in varied sales and marketing, procurement and operations roles within companies such as, Solectron Corporation. David Davies, managing director of
Axiom stated: “We are delighted to have an individual of Paul’s caliber and experience as part of our executive team, agroup made up of individuals with avision to develop areal common culture at Axiom that distils excellence at every level of the business. “With his 24 years in EMS, an excellent understanding of our customers and markets, as well asound strategic vision for growth, I’m sure he’ll bring adifferent dimension to Axiom.” Despite atough economic climate, Axiom
has bucked the industry trend with the creation of jobs; its headcount grew from 155 in 2010 to around 200 in 2011. The company also boosted its turnover by 18 per cent in 2011.
