effects on SD SPEARFISH, S.D. (AP) — Rep-

resentatives from several industries are going to be on hand in Spear- fi sh May 2-3 to learn about the ef- fects of the North Dakota oil boom on people and businesses in South Dakota.

The Black Hills Bakken Confer-

He says there needs to be a bigger push in South Dakota to take advantage of the oil boom op- portunities.
