Hollywood icon Jeff Bridges is
headed back to one of his favourite towns to lens a new drama. He stars opposite Julianne Moore in a period piece called Te Seventh Son. It`s the story of a seventh son of a seventh son who learns how to exorcise ghosts way back in the 1700s. Bridges got to know and love Vancouver well while film- ing the sci-fi sequel Tron: Legacy here a few years back. He was a regular at Joe Fortes on Turlow, where he often hung out with his Vancouver DJ buddy, Brother Jake. Te Seventh Son isn’t expected to hit theatres until next year…

Te king of the low- budget action flick is back in town making yet another feature. Steven Seagal has been here making True Justice: Blood Alley on a very tight three-week shoot- ing schedule. Seagal has made several straight- to-video action movies in these parts in recent years, including Te Keeper, Driven to Kill and A Dangerous Man. Seagal has also been starring in the True Justice TV series for the past couple of years... Local actor Zak Santiago continues to stay busy here in Hollywood North with yet another plum role. He`s co-starring opposite Amanda Tapping (Sanctuary) in a new comedy
