Beginning at a point on the northerly side of Spruce Street approximately Six Hundred Ninety Nine and 36/100 (699.36) feet easterly of the easterly side of Shaker Road and running thence N 14-30-00 E One Hundred (100) feet; thence S 75-30-00 E Sixty (60) feet; thence N 14-30-00 E One Hundred (100) feet to the southerly side of Bond Avenue; thence S 75- 30-00 E along Bond Avenue One Hundred Fifty (150) feet to an iron pin; thence S 14-30-00 W along Carvill Avenue Two Hundred (200) feet to an iron pin; thence N 75-30-00 W along Spruce Street Two Hundred Ten (210) feet to the point of beginning.
