Arrive at Arusha Mount Meru Hotel. We had expected room to shower and change in but shown to toilets. These are a sign of things to come. Half the taps don’t work, one basin is blocked, dimly lit, toilet seats are either missing or fixed incorrectly so that the cover has to rest on the sitters back!
