by Doug Robinson Creative Fitness for Women understands the difficulty and stress
women have when they exercise at the big box gyms. “We take it personally and we want results more than our clients,” stresses Creative Fitness for Women. “We are all about family, making our customers feel comfortable, and personally partnering with them so that they can achieve the fitness results and goals our clients wish to achieve” comments Rachael Collins, Studio Manager. women who have felt “out of place, discouraged, and depressed about their weight loss and fitness routines. We specialize at building a personal relationship with our clients. Everything we do is for the client. No matter what is going on, no matter what we are doing, we will be available for our clients. If our clients fail, then we have failed our customer” comments Co-Owner, Billy Eacrett. “We know our clients wish to have a relationship with someone who cares about them personally, and helps teach and nurture them from their present fitness state to that of a balanced life consisting of good nutrition, fitness, cardio, and weight loss.” Creative Fitness for Women will be opening their new studio April 9, as soft opening, with the Grand Opening Celebration scheduled for April 16. Creative Fitness for Women is located in the Crossroads Mall, Londonderry. Pat Welch of Londonderry, owner of
Creative Fitness for Women, has teamed up with co-owners Billy Eacrett and Mike Stoddart, owners of Training Effects in Londonderry, along with Studio Manager and Personal Trainer Rachael Collins to create weight loss, nutrition and fitness programs to help women achieve their health and fitness goals. Rachael Collins has earned specialized
training and education as she assumes her position as the Studio Manager, for Creative Fitness for Women. “I too was one of those women who used to go to the big box or local gym and I remember felling so out of place and uncomfortable. I knew that there had to be a better way for me to exercise for a healthy life. I went to Training Effects as an alternative to the type of training I was receiving. From my experiences with owners Mike and Billy, and Pat, I learned how to get results. Other women then started to ask me how I got better and asked how I lost the weight. I told them that Mike, Pat and Billy, offered me a program designed for me, for my needs, and my concerns. They listened to me. From that, we decided and developed a program for other women to help them too. Our new concept has been designed to specialize fitness programs specifically for women within a supporting and nurturing environment.” Collins graduated from Bridgewater State College having majored
out “what they want.” support, personal coaching, tracking of results, accountability, the celebration of those results, and letting the client know she cares are the primary focus for Collins. “I give every client my personal cell phone number as well as my e-mail address. I want them to call me when they are at a restaurant when they are undecided as to what to eat from the menu. I wish to help them make correct choices to better their nutrition as they change their lives. We want our clients to know we are committed to them not only while they visit Creative Fitness for Women, but when they are home, at work, or out enjoying an evening. I will support them all the way emotionally and physically.” The client always comes first at Creative Fitness for Women. Creative fitness programs are designed to excite and enthuse their clients are changed regularly in an effort to “keep it fun” for their customer. Weight training programs are specifically designed to assist women of all ages and weight to achieve their goals in a positive, non-threatening environment. “It is ok if our client cannot do the number of repetitions. We will begin slowly and celebrate that first step from our client” continued Collins. Weight training, cardio

exercises, and wellness programs have been designed so that their clients become committed and will see their personal results improve steadily. “We help our clients feel comfortable, good
about themselves, and happy with themselves. Our client’s smile, support, and share successes with each other on a daily basis. We become a family.”
Collins continued, “Studies show that more than 75 percent of all
women who exercise get bored. Women do not come back because they get bored. We do not like the word ‘diet.” We teach our clients how to control what they eat and how to change their eating habits. We teach the ‘how’ and the ‘whys’ and what is needed to change their life. We teach how to get results. We teach process. We begin with compassion, and end with celebration. We are not a quick fix operation. We are in the relationship business. We are in it for the long term with our clients. Our clients trust us. Complete Fitness is about them, the client.”
Creative Fitness for Women training programs are not stagnant,
repetitive, or cookie cutter. “We wish to mix it up, and change the routines regularly. It is important to continually shock the system” continued Eacrett. “As we continually shock the system by using new and different training methods, the body responds better and results are achieved quicker. “ It is like placing a hockey stick in the spokes of a moving bicycle. We overcome the plateaus that so often occur when someone wishes to lose weight. Combined with Rachael’s nutritional advice our clients will not only achieve their goals, they will be improving their lives to be a more healthy life. After your fitness session, you will leave here energized, excited, and most of all, feeling great about who you are.” Creative Fitness for Women invites you to visit their Website at
