The hotel is in a good location, near to the Parque Santiago area of Playa de las Americas. The adapted rooms are situated on the reception floor, making them easy to reach. Most areas of the hotel are accessible with plenty of ramps, although unfortunately there are steps up to the gym entrance.

These bungalows are the only ones of their kind in south Tenerife. Excellent location with high standards of accessibility - it’s just a shame that the closest beach is inaccessible. The layout and facilities at the complex however more than make up for that!
