Power Hour A class full of variety. Each week will consist of a variety of class styles ranging from step, turbo kick, kickboxing, low impact cardio, intervals and more. Challenge yourself with the class!
Step & Strength
A total body conditioning class to tone and strengthen with cardio intervals using basic step moves.
Super Saturday This class is worth waiting for until the weekend! Get 45 minutes of Instructors choice for Cardio class.
Totally Toned An intense energy-fi lled workout composed of toning exercises using bands, dumbbells, Body- bars, and more. Intervals of cardio exercises will be added to complete the challenge.
Zumba
Fun Latin dance inspired, low impact aerobic class for all levels. Uses a variety of music and move- ments. Appropriate for all fi tness levels
Body Sculpting Designed to build muscle strength and defi nition, this class will include the use of body bars, dumbbells, resistance bands, sta- bility balls and more. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, this class will work for you!
NEW! Personal Competitive Swim Coaching Sessions Fine tun your strokes in competitve swimming with one-on-one sessions with Program Director Sarah Korn. In these 30 minute session, shape up those strokes, work on improving skills and focus on needs. Schedule based on instructor availability. Joint Effort / Healthy Back The Y and the Arthritis Foundation have devel- oped an aquatic exercise for people suffering from arthritis. Mommy and Me Propulsion Walking Bubbles, babies and more! Bring your child age 5 and under and choose to enjoy playtime in the 0 depth area or bring them along while you propulsion walk. Parents must stay within arms reach of their child at all times. Limit 1 child per adult. Fountains will not be available but water toys will be.
