The guiding principles of the class will be respect, self confi dence and mutual benefi t of all the class members. Judo is a Martial Art of self-defense and an Olympic Sport developed in Japan. Judo teaches the principles of falling, off balancing and throwing an opponent. Optional competition opportunities will be available. Flying Dragons (13+) This class is designed to offer a fun look into the world of Tae Kwon Do martial arts training. Intro to Okinawan Shorin-ryu Kobudo (7+) This class will introduce students to the tradi- tional weapons of Okinawan Shorin-ryu. There is no fi ghting or combat involved in this style of martial arts. Emphasis is placed on building focus and concentration in a very traditional martial arts structure. Silver Sneakers Muscular Strength® A variety of exercises designed to increase muscu- lar strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Silver Sneakers YogaStretch® YogaStretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase fl exibil- ity, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and fi nal relaxation will pro- mote stress reduction and mental clarity. Members Only: FREE Mondays, 9:15 - 10:00 AM


Introduction to Filipino Kali/Escrima (7+)


This class will introduce students to the traditions of martial arts of the Philip- pines. This will include the martial arts styles of Siniwalli, Dequerdes and Spada daga. The emphasis for the class is on building focus and concentration through tradi- tional Filipino martial arts. Classes will be taught at Martial Arts America. HICT - High Intensity Circuit Training This circuit training class is a combination of high intensity aerobics and resistance training designed to be easy to follow, give you a great workout, and target fat loss, muscle building and heart lung fi tness. All exercise can be modifi ed for each indi- vidual. You get out of it what you put in it.


Cardio Plus Moderate to high intensity cardio using the step, fl oor, or a combination of both. Class will also include core work.
