5K Run Training Program (16+) Whether your goal is to enter your fi rst 5K as a runner / walker or to improve your time from previous runs, this Personal Trainer led program is for you! Includes twice weekly run/walk drills and participating in Cross Training for Runners & Cyclists (see program description on this page). The fi rst session will run for six weeks leading up to the Beaver Dam Lake Days 5K run/walk. The second session of this class will run for six weeks leading up to the Don Reilly 5K run/walk. The goal of most athletes is to become stronger, improve performance, and avoid injuries. It is dif- fi cult to achieve all these goals by training in one sport alone - cross-training can add the missing link. This 35 minute fast moving workout will in- clude active warmups, agility and plyometric drills for performance, along with strength training for power and injury prevention. NEW! Weight Loss Boot Camp (16+) Jump start your weight loss with a specially de- signed fi tness boot camp program that energizes and encourages you to achieve your fi tness goals. In this small group fi tness class, you will work as a team to support and encourage each other and celebrate the victories along the way. You will be working with a certifi ed personal trainer who will keep you accountable and motivated by tracking your exercise, nutrition, lifestyle choices, and body statistics throughout the six week program. This is a great class for people who are serious about losing weight - whether new to exercise or are re- committing to take their weight loss to a new level.
