NEW! Golf Lessons - Ages 5 - 13+ Learn the fundamentals of golfi ng at Old Hickory Country Club. Classes will teach / include: rules, etiquette, short games, full swim fundamentals, weekly skills competitions, physical activities related to the game of golf, and optional playing opportunities for advanced classes. Teen Strength Training 1 - Ages 13 + Introduction to the Wellness Center and basic fi t- ness concepts. Teens will learn how to properly use the circuit and cardiovascular equipment. Proper form, breathing techniques and the knowledge of major muscle groups will be emphasized. After passing Teen Strength training test, teens will be allowed to use the Well- ness Center circuit and cardio machines without parent / guardian supervision. Three 1 hour long classes. Teen Strength Training 2 - Ages 13+ This more advanced strength training will fa- miliarize teens with safely using the free weight equipment, emphasizing proper form and program design. Youth Wellness:The Loft - Ages 8 - 16 The Youth Wellness:The Loft (YW:TL) program is for youth ages 8 to 16. Youth can workout indepen- dently at their own convenience in The Loft with supervision and guidance from the Wellness Staff. Youth can use The Loft and equipment as often as they wish during the program open hours.
The YW:TL program is FREE to all Beaver Dam Uni- fi ed School District students. For the 2011-2012 school year, proof of BDUSD enrollment in the form of a recent/current report/progress card will be required to register for the program for free. This program is also open to community youth as a regular program registration.

Loft Access Pass: $5/per person* CODE: Transtype 85 *Introductory rates **Wednesday nights are Family Nights! Parents/ guardians can join their youth with a Loft Access Pass. Pass is $5/per person, available to parents/ guardians and siblings (ages 8+) of a registered youth participant in Youth Wellness:The Loft program.
