the Pilates Reformers, Chairs and Cadillacs with three-minute, functional cardio strength stations to keep the heart pump- ing. The workout ends with a final BOSU stretch.

Those who have been taking Pilates for some time get to enjoy this new cardio focused option to add to their Pilates workout regime. Those who may be new to Pilates can experience the studio at a reduced rate and be introduced to all the

apparatus in a fun circuit format. Members must have at least four circuit introductory sessions on all apparatus before entering the circuit workout.

Classes in this new format begin with a trial series on Saturdays, from May 26 to July 14 from 12 to 1 p.m. If successful, look for more times to be offered beginning September 2012.

This event begins at 6 p.m. in the Pilates Studio for an all-level BOSU Pilates Mat
