RIPPLE NEWS

Lifeline Technique™

• Is your body speaking to you with symptoms?

• Are you experiencing pain and discomfort?

• Are you sad or depressed? • Are you ill with a ‘mystery’ condition? • Are you repeating patterns such as overeating or not exercising?

The LifeLine Technique™ is endorsed

by authors Louise Hay and Dr Wayne Dyer. Developed by American Dr Darren Weissman, the foundation of LLT is that physical symptoms and even dysfunctional relationships are simply ways our body is attempting to communicate with us. Using LLT is akin to using a master ‘code

breaker’ that allows the body to reveal the root causes of pain, illness, negative patterns and why life isn’t ‘working’ for you. ”I highly recommend this technique

because I know it works” Louise Hay. This ground breaking fusion of

ancient eastern and cutting edge western philosophies is effective both in person and over the telephone or skype. (This makes it an ideal option for busy people and for those living in country areas, as there is no travelling time).

Please call or email certified LifeLine practitioner Genevieve Baster-Sallen: 08 9361 6007 or adeliciouslife@bigpond. com for more information. Evening and weekend appointments available.

The keys to maintaining balance in life!

How can you hold steady and be a friend to yourself through the ups and downs of life? How is it possible to feel the depth and breadth of agony, ecstasy and everything in between? Is it possible to remain in the centre, without swinging from one extreme feeling to the other? Yes it is possible. By holding humility in a state of perfect tension, we can maintain our balance in any crisis. One of the most empowering things to

understand is that your experience has nothing to do with anyone else. What you perceive and how you respond to any given situation is based largely on your past experiences. Your responses can be conscious or unconscious, but they are always your responses and yours alone to choose. I first understood this when I lived alone

following the end of my marriage. The house was empty. No-one was around to do or say anything to activate any feelings. There was only myself. Every ounce of weakness, sadness, strength and love originated from me. Fortunately or unfortunately, I was all

I had, and at the time I didn’t really know or understood my own potential. It was time to find out and I embarked on a life changing journey, discovering my ability to choose and respond in the moment. I found that if I was willing to accept and let go of the past, and love what I had considered to be unlovable in myself, I could consciously choose my responses and adapt to the moment in the best possible way. This amazing discovery was the key to freedom and I made a commitment to myself and the Universe to embrace this process wholeheartedly. Like any journey worth travelling, it

begins with a choice made within, and must be followed with self-determination. Accepting and embracing the challenge of unbecoming everything from your past, means that you must uncover your faulty beliefs, fears and the smallness that currently defines you. There is no easy path to being and feeling whole in oneself. Going down this path takes courage, a love for the truth, and a willingness to embrace all that was previously considered to be unlovable or unacceptable. Gratitude is a key to transformation and

manifestation because without it, we reject the growth we wish to create. By being thankful for all the gifts we receive, be they good or otherwise, we become more receptive and more willing to experience and learn. Gratitude allows us to embrace life as it is. It is the way to transform pain into pearls of wisdom and opens the way to love and healing. The greater path to self-actualisation

is taking your experiences in life and transforming them into higher, clearer, brighter ways of being. Through self- reflection, evaluation, and opening to deeper levels of truth, acceptance, love and wisdom, progress is achieved. As our attitudes, beliefs and feelings shift and transform, so begins the internal change to a more purposeful way of being.

When we commit ourselves to living our

lives in this way, we are more able to accept new challenges and adversity with courage and an open heart. It even becomes possible to be grateful for the experiences which stretch and challenge us the most, for it is the areas outside of our comfort zone where the real growth happens. In my journey, I had to go deep within,

and challenge and stretch, because all the layers of untruth and believing I was less than worthy were stacked over the top of the truth. Despite this, I always felt that something deep inside me would be able to recognise love and the truth if I maintained an unconditional acceptance of myself, the past, and everything in between. By embracing an attitude of acceptance,

perceiving opportunities and challenges as seeds for growth, we develop a knowing and inner strength within to deal with anything that comes our way. So how is it possible to hold a steady space

for ourselves in challenging moments? By allowing ourselves to feel as we feel in the moment without attempting to control, deny or judge our feelings. Make peace with our past and accept ourselves without condition or limit. In this way, we become our own support team, a friend who holds hope and never withholds love, no matter how we are or what we do. By holding ourselves in unconditional positive regard and valuing who we are, we ride the waves of intense feeling to the safety of the other side. Humility is the midpoint of tension, where

the polarisation of right and wrong does not exist. At this midpoint, there is an absence of overestimating or underestimating yourself, your capabilities and areas yet to be strengthened. Humility is acknowledging the gifts you bring to the world, without playing them down, it is the completion of self-acceptance. When in humility, we respond to any situation without engaging in the duality of right and wrong, and be free to chose in the moment. It is a rare individual who constantly

raises the bar of integration and self mastery in ways such as this, however by implementing a little more gratitude, a little less judgment and an open willing heart towards change we are saying to the universe “I embrace life”.
