The Real World and the Brain


The brain and the body are one. The brain is in the body, it is part of the body, and it controls the body. Your mental states influence your bodily posture, and your posture influences your mental and emotional states. If you are sad or depressed, your brain instructs hormones to be released that physically depress your activity.


If you are happy, the opposite effects occur.
