To be eligible you must have a referral from a county agency such as A. C. C. E. S. S., Child Protective Services Etc. Child and Family Institute - is able to provide free counseling services to children/youth who have experienced or witnessed some sort of trauma in their lives and do not have the insurance to cover counseling services. Can accommodate all languages. You can make a self-referral.
