Scavenger Hunt @ the Art Institute Art Institute, Chicago Remember the fun as a kid when you were part of a scavenger hunt? Why should kids have all the fun? Join us on a scavenger hunt within Chicago’s Art Institute! We won’t be collecting objects (put back that statue!), but hunting for answers to tricky, humorous questions from paintings to pottery, from armor to amore, from Dali to dollhouse-like period rooms, from ancient Rome to a former stock exchange room - this hunt has something for everyone. No specific knowledge of art is necessary as you are paired up with teammates to find the answers to the questions within the galleries. After the hunt, time is allowed to have lunch at one of the museums’ dining spots (or bring a sandwich and eat outside in the beautiful courtyard or across the street at Millennium Park), and browse the gift shop or a favorite gallery. On our way home, we’ll stop at the World’s Finest Chocolate outlet shop where you might be tempted to pick up some of their very fine chocolates. Fee includes transportation, acclaimed scavenger hunt prepared by Watson Adventures, and museum admission.
