Support is provided from the moment of diagnosis, through treatment, and on return home to the community. Redkite provides community based support, hospital based support, financial, and education support. One of Redkite’s therapies is through music. Music therapy is known to assist in pain management. It is conducted within an enjoyable and supportive environment, and allows the children to achieve a sense of choice and control during their affliction. Redkite is not funded by the government.
