Patrol Report In PebbleCreek it
is not permissible
to shoot a BB gun, pellet gun or fi rearm inside the residential area including your yard. Although the rules do not specifi cally prohibit the use of a pellet or BB gun, the use of these weapons creates a danger to property and the safety of others. This is a violation of the rules and if you are in violation, a citation can be issued. When your guests arrive to enjoy our
great spring weather, please take time to explain to them you live in a community of rules that need to be followed to maintain the beauty of the community. The golf course is for registered golf play, the streets are private and patrolled by the PebbleCreek Patrol who will issue the homeowner a violation notice if a guest parks overnight in the street or parks in the driveway with a vehicle that is not registered in PebbleCreek through the main gates. If your guests bring their pets with them,
please explain the restrictions on pets and the rule of picking up after the pet when

walking them inside the community. Also, explain that pets are not allowed on the golf courses or the drainage area leading to the golf course or the Bullard wash area on the Eagle’s Nest side. Guests who do not have a driver’s
license cannot drive a golf cart on the streets or pathways. Golf carts have a maximum seating limit due to the seats available. Please do not drive with more passengers than there is ample seat room on the cart to accommodate them. Please do not have your grandchild sit on your lap and drive or operate the golf cart. Another rule that frequently is over
looked is that bicycles should be operated on the street not on the sidewalks or cart pathways and never on the golf course. Bicycles should be operated just as a motor vehicle and obey all traffi c control devices and use hand signals to indicate turns. If you have questions about any of the
rules, please do not hesitate to phone the patrol at 623-935-0387.
