Blackheart International Training is located in the north-central part of West Virginia in the town of Philippi. Philippi is located on U.S. Routes 119 and 250, less than a two-hour drive from Ohio, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Maryland borders. The Philippi-Barbour County Regional Airport has a 3200-foot runway and is equipped with dawn-to-dusk lights.
