fi nalists Saunton’s chefs did outstandingly at the British Culinary Federation Chef of the Year competition recently. Executive development chef Dez Turland was one of just ten UK chefs to make it to the fi nals, while Steven Sparks made it through to the Young Chef of the Year fi nals.
