First place finishers in the Okanagan Mainline Amateur Hockey Association’s regular season with a 13-1-1 record, the Kelowna Tier 1 Peewee Rockets also won the playoff championship with a 2-0 final series sweep of Kamloops.The Rockets are representing OM- AHA at the B.C.championship tournament in Langley this week.Members of the team are from left, front:Owen Patrick, Lucas Cullen, Jonathan Smart, Jordan Robinson and Liam Hughes.Middle: Connor Marritt,Tate Stephens, Griffin Mendel,Orca Wiesblatt and Chase Stevenson. Ocean Wiesblatt,Wyatt Head, Ryan Moon, Jeremy Hite, Seth Barton, Hayden Courtney and Spencer Hora. Coaches are Brian Cullen and Jason Smart, while the trainer is Dave Marritt.Winners of a tournament in Langley earlier this season and runners- up in the Rockets are ranked No. 2 in the province going into provincials.
