Another vitamin useful to know about is the B group. A good quality Vitamin B complex (i.e. all of the B vitamins, not just one or two) supplement can indeed help boost energy levels. It also makes your urine bright yellow. Most of you will be aware that Vitamin C supplements can be useful in fighting colds, but why not simply ensure you eat lots of fresh fruit? Kiwi fruit are especially high in Vitamin C.

If you’re not feeling 100% check your diet first before resorting to supplements. Having said that, it can be handy to have some vitamin supplements to hand. Spend a bit more on quality supplements, and consider a multivitamin (which will have the B vitamins), extra B complex (for energy) and / or Vitamin D. If you’re unsure, ask advice from a professional.
