Products make their debut at Grand Prix
AWelsh company’sproducts were on show at the Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne after alast minute order. Dischromatics Ltd, based in
Abercarn, were contracted to produce an urgent order of CDs in Digipaks for the Lotus F1 team to hand out to VIP visitors to their Pit Garage during the first Grand Prix of 2012. Gareth Spencer,MDof Dischromatics Ltd said: “The deadline was extremely tight.Weknew that the Lotus team were leaving their Enstone base on Friday and needed to take the CDs with them.Weare used to turning things around quickly, but in this case, the staff really had to pull together to make it work.”

he new home for the Alacrity Foundation in Newport has been completed following the £150,000 refurbishment
of its headquarter building, by facilities support company Beacons Business Interiors. Owned by Newport Unlimited,
the building in the heart of Newport’scity centre, is to become Alacrity House and will home the UK’snext generation of entrepreneurs The Alacrity Foundation gives
young graduates from across the UK the opportunity to develop their entrepreneurial skills and establish new technology-based businesses. Bbi was appointed to carry out

The works have involved the complete fit-out of the three storey building, transforming it into a modern office suitable for up to 60 of the country’sbest entrepreneurial minds.
