Founded in 1998 by the father/son team of Larry and Will Bannister, Clarity Homes was created to fill a void in the market that the Bannister family had a passion for-to deliver an authentic, individualized and inspiring home that fulfills each client's lifestyle dream at whatever price point is appropriate for that client.
In recent years, as Fort Worth has experienced strong urban renewal and economic growth, Clarity Homes recognized a chance to help shape the vision for the city's future. They have sought out classic, established neighborhoods where opportunities exist to develop home sites for new residents, and carefully partnered with historic designers and architects who can ensure that the newly built homes integrate gracefully into the existing neighborhoods.
