...there will no increase
in the parish precept
portion of
the council tax...”
The Parish Council is pleased to announce that for the second consecutive year there will be no increase in the parish precept portion of the council tax for residents of Heath. This means that the precept has remained at a constant level since the Parish Council came into existence in April 2010.
We are also freezing the price of hiring our facilities – The Key Centre (including parties), hard courts and junior pitch. This will ensure our pricing remains excellent value compared to similar facilities in the area.
We have been able to keep our prices steady whilst investing in improvements such as the kitchen refurbishment and redecoration of The Key Centre by continuing to increase the usage of our facilities and by reducing costs – particularly by moving to a different supplier for our grounds maintenance services.

It was always the vision of the developers when they designed The Key that it would be used for public events.
