Convention was financially a wash. No CopperCon 31 turnback to Corporate and no paid pass-thrus to CopperCon 32. CopperCon 32 - (Bob LaPierre Chairman) At the Hilton Garden in Avondale,
the evelopment continues. Membership sales through PayPal are active. CopperCon needs a Webmaster. ConNotations - The issue is at capacity for our 24 page limit. Some extra
material will be posted online. Three new Phoenix area distribution points have been added and three in Prescott and one in Ajo. Ad invoices are nearly current. Elections - CopperCon 32 -- Mark Boniece was elected as Banker of CopperCon
32 in January, replacing Stephanie Bannon who has resigned. CopperCon 33 - We have not yet elected a Chairman for CopperCon 33. We will try again in March. Audit Committee - The Audit Committee has given its preliminary report to
the Board. It will report to the Board again in April. The membership will receive the final report when it is finished.
