What’s On Events Swansea National

Waterfront Museum If you’re in the middle of planning what to do for the half term holidays, then make sure Swansea’s National Waterfront Museum is firmly on your list. The next couple of months are bursting with a range of fun-packed events and exciting exhibitions. To celebrate National Science & Engineering Week, families will get the chance to Make Soap with Mum (17th & 18th March, 11.30am, 1pm & 3pm), a hands-on workshop where those taking part can have a go at making their own luxury bar of soap. Then during the Easter break, families put themselves in the picture (2nd-5th April & 9th-15th April, 11.30am-1pm & 2pm-3.30pm) as they transport themselves into an old photo before turning it into a postcard. Rounding things off will be a special Willy Wonka Easter Fun Day (6th April, 12pm-4pm) complete with a golden ticket train and chocolate.
