The TOPWELD 180 is almost big enough to compete with bigger industrial machines.


For easy reel loading, the panel and feed system are inclined. The welding gun connection is also inclined to give the best feeding of the wire possible through a gentle curve.


The number of controls have been minimised to comprise on/off, wire speed, volts switch and spot weld. It is designed for use with 0.6 and 0.8mm wire on 15 kg, 5 kg, and 0.5 kg reels and can feed at speeds up to 20m.per minute.


The industrial drive roll has both wire sizes on it and only requires being reversed to change sizes. The drive system is totally electrically insulated and all the drive gears are enclosed in the gearbox.


Gullco’s KBM self propelled bevellers can operate at up to 3m. (3 ft.) per minute. These bevellers produce clean machined bevel angles of 22½° through 55° with no thermal distortion on steel and aluminum. All new KBM hydraulic undercarriages are available and allow for uniform bevel and consistent root face. Reduce defects and minimize poor fit up. Gullco supplies everything you need to automated the welding process from preparation to finished weld. Further efficiency and increased production is achieved when both the KBM (Topside beveller) and KBM-U (Underside beveller) are used simultaneously.

Cutmaster 12 Plus 110V/230V 40A portable Plasma Cutting system offers a cutting capacity of 12mm on mild steel and is suitable for occasional cuts up to 15mm when using 230V power. When connected to a 110V supply the system offers a cut of 8mm and maximum cut of 10mm. The power source automatically switches between 230V and 110V power, useful for both construction sites and workshops.


Cutmaster 12 Plus is rated 40% duty cycle @ 40A (230V) and is fitted with an ATC Advanced Torch Connector for tool-free torch changeover.


A SL40 torch, which is supplied as standard, features Vent2Shield technology that recycles wasted vent gas and uses it as the shield gas reducing airflow requirements to just 91 l/m, ideal for used with smaller compressors.

The Weld Brush is designed for use on Bymat Stainless Steel Weld cleaning machines. The Weld Brush complements the already highly successful range of Bymat weld cleaning products and is ideal for getting into tight areas or cleaning intricately shaped small parts.


The Weld Brush can be used on all 1024 and 1124 Bymat machines using existing, environmentally friendly, electrolytic solutions. Simply dip into the solution and wipe across the weld area for fast efficient cleaning.


Bymat machines use the ‘cleaning pad’ system and can also perform light and dark marking onto the work piece which some other machines cannot do. This makes the Bymat one of the most versatile weld cleaning machine available. The Weld Brush is also directly compatible with some other makes of machines.


A new range of inflatable pipe purging products for back purging of Stainless Steel, Duplex and other alloy pipework, which inflate to form a tight seal inside the pipe has been launched. Once inflated the pre-set purge valves will open releasing inert gas into the weld area. The range includes standard inflatables, fast purge and Multi- size fast purge.


The Multi-size fast purge system covers a range of pipe bore diameters using a single system, for example an 80mm Multi-size purge system will cover pipe bores from 80 – 170mm, whereas 4 conventional systems would normally be required.


These products are lightweight, collapsible, simple to use and require less gas volume. Both the standard and Multi-size purge systems cover pipe sizes from 50 to 2,035mm.
