This past November, The Boston Conservatory hosted several members of the Beijing Dance Company, China’s world- renowned, premiere professional dance company, for a unique cultural exchange. Dancers from Beijing Dance gave a stunning showcase of their work and taught Boston Conservatory dance students some fundamental techniques of traditional Chinese dance training.

Flash Mob At Legal Harborside
On October 24, percussion and string students staged The Boston Conservatory’s first flash mob at Legal Harborside in honor of National Food Day. Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick was among the patrons who were surprised by a flash mob using pots and pans as instruments.
