Hidden away behind a brown door, 105 Charterhouse Street, is a beautifully vintage secret tea room serving fabulous cream and traditional afternoon teas that will take you back in time. Come and spoil yourself whilst relaxing to the soft sounds of original 78's from the 30's and '40's.


We are open Wed and Fri 12pm to 8pm and available for private bookings at all other times - 7 days a week - for vintage themed tea parties, birthdays, hen parties, baby showers.

Barbican Life magazine has now resurrected its website – www.barbicanlife.com – and complete issues of the magazine are now available to view starting from the Autumn 2011 issue in a great ‘turning page’ format. This will, of course, make the magazine viewable by non-residents who do not receive hard copies and should thus be of particular interest to other local residents in Golden Lane, Bridgewater House etc. Do visit the website and have a look for yourselves and let your friends know too.
