Farm #2: 120 acres. Section 7 of Van Buren Twp. Hancock Co. Auditor’s parcel #480001002867. 76 acres of farmland. 44 acres of woods to the rear.


Farm #3: 74 acres. Section 25 of Orange Twp. Part of Hancock Co. Auditor’s parcel #390000092960. 60 tillable, 13 acres of woods.

This farm is flat on top and has good road frontage on both ends of CR 304 (old route 30) and TR 148. FSA reports 74.61 acres tillable and soils are mostly Pewamo silty clay loam and Blount silt loam. This “L” shaped farm has approximately 16 acres of woods in the middle.
