Village Government Terms of Office


The Mayor and Village Clerk are elected to four-year terms. Trustees are elected to staggered four-year terms. The Village Treasurer is appointed and receives $1,800 per year. The Mayor, Trustees and Village Clerk receive no compensation.


Village Manager The daily operations of the Lincolnshire government are in the hands of a full-time professional, salaried Village Manager. He is appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the Board of Trustees.
