Are you new or almost new to the online world? If so, this class is for you. Several important skills will be learned such as browsing the internet, sending emails, learning to bank on line and more. DANCE
BALLROOM DANCING In this class students of all dance backgrounds will learn a multitude of dances that are sure to impress. We will study classic ballroom dances such as the Waltz, Tango, and Foxtrot. Get ready to sizzle as we learn the Cha Cha, Rumba, and Salsa. Kick up your heels with the Swing and Hustle. The best thing about this class is that it is designed with seniors in mind. No dance experience or partner is required. 32 HEALTH &FITNESS AEROBICS
A comfortably-paced class for the active older adult. Combines toning for the arm and leg muscles with upper body stretches. This form of exercise aims to provide a complete workout while limiting the stress and strain on joints. Instructor: Edwards Location: Pasadena Senior Center
