Sunset Hills by Beazer Homes and Northstar by Richmond American are now open with new models to tour. Beazer Homes plans to build 66 homes featuring three distinct floor plans of single- and two-story homes with approximately 1,856 to 2,412 square feet priced from the $200,000’s.
