Retrievers and Friends This is Big and Itty Bit, both 6 years old. Big is a “Chug” (Chihuahua-Pug

mix) and Itty-Bit is a Chihuahua . Both dogs are housebroken. Big loves going for walks and being outdoors, Itty Bit loves to lay in the sun. Both dogs like to be with people and will sit with you while you’re reading or watching TV. Big is playful and Itty Bit is shy until he gets to know you. The dogs have been to- gether for 4 years, but their owner was no longer able to care for them. It would be nice if they could be placed together but it is not necessary.

This is Chloe and Comet. Chloe is a 5 year old West Highland Terrier and Comet is a 6 year old Cairn Terrier. It would be best for them to be adopted together. They sleep on the same bed and play /wrestle together. Comet loves toys and to run after the ball when you throw it. They love to go for walks. Both dogs are house trained. They have been very well cared for and loved, they are nice companions.

For more information, you can read their profiles at www.retrieversand-

friends.com. There are other dogs available for adoption including Labs and Golden Retrievers, Poodles, Pugs, Chihuahuas, Terriers, a Maltese, Pomera- nian as well as a Dachshund-mix, Border Collie mix, Shepard-mix and many others.

Sun City K-9 Harold is a one-year old Terrier/mix. He is very adorable and loves to be

held in your arms and lets you know how much he loves you. Harold would be a great companion. He is available from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday through Sun City K-9 Adoptions at the Menifee PETCO. For informa-

tion, visit www.sck9adoptions.org or call 951-679-4444 household? At the beginning make sure to feed the new member of the household in a

separate location. At least separate food bowls as much as possible for the first few days. Aside from love, food is everything to your pets. So don’t encourage

ill will between future buddies with a too-close-for-comfort feeding time routine.
