blooms certainly continues to give pleasure to all who are lucky enough to discover it. Each year, garden club ladies and daffodil devotees


arrive by the carload to walk through John’s pasture, bending down to read the handwritten labels of each variety: Gin and Lime, Firestreak, February Gold, Peeping Tom. John enjoys sharing the fruits of his labor with friends and neighbors as spring arrives in glorious fashion on his farm. Though his beloved wife Claire is no longer with him, John’s love for her still glows brightly through each yellow bloom dancing in the breeze.
