AC Fit is back at last for another session of improving member’s health and fitness. The 12-week program is responsible for helping participants lose unwanted body fat and increase strength, metabolism and confidence. They do this without the use of fad diets. MAC Fit uses lifestyle changes, and short-term gains for a long-term investment in health and fitness.

similar ways. Hollowell’s desk job kept him in a chair all day, and as his three children got older, he spent more time shuttling them between activities. A creaky back kept him from running, and for the first time in his life, his weight crept past the 200-pound barrier.
Nemecek was having trouble shedding some stubborn baby weight. A busy job in healthcare and two children weren’t making things any easier.
After 12-weeks with MAC Fit trainers, Glenn Johnson and Molly Sparkman, Nemecek and Hollowell count themselves among believers in the holistic fitness program.
Hollowell “dabbled” in getting back into shape before he signed up for MAC Fit in fall 2011. Going through the process with others helped him stay motivated. “It’s a combination of fitness and a group therapy session,” he says. “Molly and Glenn provide information but also allow the group to ask questions and share our experiences.”
